Website Ordering is Quick and Easy!

Ordering on our website is quick and easy. You can submit your order to us by using our shopping cart system. We accept Visa, MasterCard,  American Express, Discover, and PayPal. By entering your billing and shipping address yourself, you get to see that it’s correctly entered, and you instantly get an email receipt upon submitting an order to us. It’s quick and very easy.

Easy Steps

  1. Find the Product(s) that you want to purchase.
  2. Click the “Add to Cart” button. You will be given the option to remove products, and adjust quantities later.
  3. Then, you will be asked to either “Continue Shopping” or “Proceed to Checkout”.
  4. When you’re ready to submit your order, click the “Checkout” button to enter a secure area of our website.
  5. When you go through the checkout process, you are given the choice of payment methods including PayPal or Credit Card.
  6. Submit your order by clicking the “Place Order” button (if you fail to do this step, we will not receive your order).
  7. Now you can print the receipt page. You will also receive an e-mailed receipt within minutes of finalizing your order.

Insurance Coverage/Reimbursement

We do not file for health insurance or Medicare reimbursement, but patients may be able to be reimbursed with their Doctor’s prescription and our invoice. Patients will need to check with their insurance provider regarding possible reimbursement.

Notice to Medicare Beneficiaries. Medicare will pay for medical equipment and supplies only if a supplier has a Medicare supplier number. We do not have a Medicare supplier number. Medicare will not pay for any medical equipment and supplies we sell to you. You will be personally and fully responsible for payment.
